CREDO HAS DONATED
About CREDO Donations
Here at CREDO, we empower our customers to become philanthropists. That’s because every CREDO member who uses our mobile, energy, long distance or credit card services contributes to our mission and helps us make progressive change at no extra cost to them.
Every month, our members help us choose how we distribute $1 million in donations — over $1 million each year — to progressive nonprofit groups working on important issues that include women’s rights, climate justice, peace and civil rights.
You can vote for one, two or all three of the organizations on our monthly donations ballot. At the end of each month, we tabulate all votes and distribute the donations accordingly. We then deliver funding almost immediately as many of our grantees are responding to urgent needs on the ground and need funds right away.
CREDO Mobile Makes This Possible
Most companies go into business to make money. Thirty years ago, we went into business to make change. With over $93 million donated to nonprofit progressive groups, we’ve succeeded better than we ever imagined.
Without CREDO Mobile and our customers, this incredible success and fight for progressive change wouldn’t be possible. If you’d like to help our movement for positive social change, join CREDO Mobile, the phone company that cares. Save on your phone bill and get coverage on the nation’s largest, most dependable 4G LTE network. Make a difference with a service you use every day.
Organizations We Fund
We fund progressive nonprofit groups that believe in our values and fight along with us for greater social change. We fund organizations that fight for civil rights, climate justice, peace, women’s rights, economic justice and voting rights.
Since 1985, we’ve donated over $93 million – with the total growing by millions each year – to groups like the Sunrise Movement, Doctors without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières, Amnesty International, March For Our Lives, Brennan Center for Justice and Black Alliance for Just Immigration. We’re proud to be one of Planned Parenthood’s largest corporate donors.
